Order Processing & Shipping Times

I Just Placed an Order, When Will It Ship?

Once your order is placed, please allow 1-3 business days for processing and production. We’re committed to getting your cozy products shipped as quickly as possible while ensuring everything meets our high standards of quality.

How Long Is the Shipping Time?

  • United States: 5-11 business days
  • International: 7-12 business days

We do our best to ensure your package arrives on time, but please note that unexpected delays due to natural disasters, holidays, or weather may affect delivery. While most shipments arrive within the estimated time frame, we cannot guarantee exact delivery times as this is out of our control. Shipping delays are the responsibility of the carrier.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Can I Cancel My Order?

Yes! If you’ve changed your mind, you can cancel your order with no penalty within 24 hours of placing it. Simply send us an email with the subject line “CANCEL” and we’ll take care of the rest. Please note that if your order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled.

I Entered the Wrong Address—What Should I Do?

We all make mistakes! If you’ve entered an incorrect address, just reply to your order confirmation email or contact us within 24 hours of placing your order with the correct details. We’ll update it right away to ensure your cozy products get to the right place.

Damaged or Missing Items

My Item Arrived Damaged—What Should I Do?

We take great care in packing your items with extra padding, but sometimes things happen. If your product arrives damaged, don’t worry—we’ve got you covered.

Please email us with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the damaged product

Once we receive your message, we’ll ship out a replacement item at no additional cost. Rest assured, this is a rare occurrence, with only 1 in 1000 products arriving damaged due to mishandling by the carrier.

What Happens If I Order a Pre-Ordered or Back-Ordered Item?

If your order contains pre-ordered or back-ordered items, we will ship the available products immediately and send the rest as soon as they become available. So, if you receive part of your order, don’t worry—the rest is on the way!
