At KozyCove™, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you're not completely happy with your order, we've outlined our refund and return policy below.

30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs. A 15% restocking fee will apply to all returns. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards..

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it
  • Unworn or unused
  • With tags and in its original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at hello@kozycove.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please ensure that items are not sent back without first requesting a return, as they will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and rectify it.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

To ensure you get the right item, we recommend returning the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary by bank or credit card company. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@kozycove.com.
